American Dream Consulting is built on the real story of our founder Jorge Luis Flores. Jorge began working at 14, cleaning floors and tables while attending school and working seven days a week. By 17, he purchased his first investment property, becoming the first in his family to start a business. He later graduated as class valedictorian from the police academy. While serving on the midnight shift as a police officer, Jorge attended the University of Missouri–Kansas City in the mornings and simultaneously built and managed his real estate business in the afternoons — always sacrificing sleep to keep moving forward.

Through years of service and nonprofit involvement, Jorge saw a painful pattern repeat itself: hardworking people doing everything right — working multiple jobs, starting businesses, trying to get ahead — yet still giving up because they lacked CLARITY on how the financial system works. That realization led Jorge into financial services with a mission to provide not just information, but implementation.
